MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED, CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL IT?
Once your order has been processed, no changes can be made.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY WINE CLUB SHIPMENT?
If you would like to make changes to your wine club order, like swapping a bottle varietal, you must email WineClub@LeGrandCourtage.com prior to receiving the shipment confirmation email.
AS A CLUB MEMBER, HOW DO I ACCESS MY MEMBER DISCOUNT FOR ADDITIONAL ONLINE PURCHASES?
You will be given a promo code that is solely for Wine Club members and may not be shared. When you place an order, you will have an entry at check out to enter your Discount Promo code.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY ADDRESS OR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?

WHEN DO YOU BILL MY CREDIT CARD?
We will send an email out 1 week before shipment as a reminder and your credit card will be billed on the day of shipment.
CAN I SKIP OR POSTPONE A SHIPMENT?

HOW LONG DOES MY CLUB MEMBERSHIP LAST?
Your wine club membership will last until you decide to cancel.
CAN I GIVE A CLUB MEMBERSHIP AS A GIFT?
Yes! As our name means ‘the great courtship’ we are perfect for wedding and anniversary gifts. We simply need the name, address and phone number for the gift recipient.
CAN I PICK UP MY WINE CLUB SHIPMENT?
At this time, we do not offer club pick up.
HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your wine club order has shipped, you will be emailed your tracking information.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Shipments are sent via ground and delivery takes between 2-7 days depending upon the state. In the instance of extreme heat or cold, we may decide to adjust the shipment dates to account for the weather.
SHOULD I SHIP TO MY HOME OR OFFICE?
As someone must sign for wine deliveries, we recommend an office to ensure someone is there during delivery hours, unless someone is at home most days.
WHY DOES SOMEONE OVER 21 HAVE TO SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY?
Since it is alcohol, this is required that someone of legal drinking age sign for the delivery.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY WINE CLUB SHIPMENT TO MY HOUSE?
We offer Free Ground shipping within the contiguous 48 states.
WHAT IF ONE OF MY BOTTLES ARRIVES BROKEN?
