Not all trends are worth following, but here are a few of our favorite cocktail trends we love. Best of all, our French sparkling wines are a subtle yet impactful addition to any of these!

CLASSICS + 80s & 90s

Yes, they’re back…really! Some things never got out of style like classic cocktails: Negroni, Manhattans, and Old Fashioned. While these traditionally don’t include bubbly, we love taking classics and adding a twist with a new ingredient. Try these sparkling options: Negroni, Seelbach, and the Old-Fashioned.

From TV to Fashion, there’s something about the 80s and 90s we just can’t let go of and cocktails are no different! Elevate 80s and 90s favorites, like Cosmos and Amaretto Sours, with higher quality and fresh ingredients. We love this Champagne Cosmo and this Amaretto Sour (swap prosecco with Le Grand Courtage Blanc de Blancs Brut!).

Bright, fruit flavors like white peach, key lime, hibiscus and elderflower are trending in cocktails. We recommend adding elderflower to a French 75 or try this white peach sangria for light and refreshing summer cocktail.

Spritzes were in hot debate last year, particularly the Aperol Spritz, but wherever you land on the debate the spritz is here to stay. Spritzes are a perfectly chilled aperitif that are perfect for unwinding on a summer night. Summer’s favorite drinks rosé and Aperol spritz come together in this delicious rosé spritz. Elevate your spritz with Le Grand Courtâge Brut Rosé!

Low calorie and healthy cocktails are on the rise and we’re not surprised! To start, skip fruit juices, simple syrups, and liqueurs to keep cocktails healthy and low-calorie.

Looking for a “healthy” cocktail? We recommend limiting ingredients using fresh squeezed juices like watermelon and sprig of mint or try adding Kombucha to a sparkling cocktail. The benefits and popularity of Kombucha makes it another healthy option to add to your sparkling cocktails!
